Returns

Thank you for shopping with Leever blades. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All products purchased from Leever Blades are eligible to be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. 

Returns must be submitted from your My Account page. You must receive an approval with an RMA number before shipping your item(s). Any products returned without an approved RMA will be returned to the sender. Please allow 1-5 business days for approval.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days
  • Item(s) are in their original packaging
  • Item(s) must be in original condition
  • Obtained an RMA number 
  • RMA clearly marked on the outside of the packaging

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return and will be returned to the sender. If you have any issues with obtaining an RMA number please visit our Contact Us page.

Exchanges

All products purchased from Leever Blades are eligible to be exchanged within 30 days from the original date of purchase. 

Exchanges must be submitted from your account page. You must receive an approval with an RMA number before shipping your item(s) . Any products returned without an approved RMA will be returned to the sender. Please allow 1-5 business days for approval.

Once your exchange is accepted, your original payment will be placed in your Leever Blades Wallet. You may then use your wallet to purchase the new item(s). If the “new” item(s) is low in stock please request for us to hold the item(s) by visiting our Contact Us page.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, please notify us immediately. Damaged items may only be returned within 72 hours from delivery.
